Lyle Hill Walking
Just walked the Lyle Hill with Kayrn, good times, good chat.
Went a different route this time which included some steps which was good for the training.
Still finding the steep decline quite taxing on my lower legs, but no cramps today.. yay!

Inner circle walk
Training going well. Was really tired this morning and just wanted to lie in my bed but got the walking boots on and headed for Largs with my dad.
Parked the car in Largs and headed off on the boat for Millport. Walked from the ferry to the top if the Island and then cut across the Sheuchans to the golf course and down into the town. Was a lovely day apart from being a bit cold but nothing that a coffee at the Ritz Cafe couldn't sort out.
Feet feeling a bit sore today, looking forward to putting my feet up even if just for a short while!
Here are some pictures of the day.

So yesterday was an exciting day for me. My weightwatchers leader Susan arranged for me to have an interview with the record and I was treated to a makeover and hair done at Taylor Fergussons in Glasgow. I was treated like a celebrity and all in the aid of Celebrating my weightloss achievements and a good way of advertising my sponsored walk. There will be a link in the article with my justgiving address so people can donate, so hopefully will generate a lot of interest and raise awareness of the Alzheimers society. Was a great day, and a good laugh! Especially me trying to balance on high heals!! Lol
